Voter Tip #1– Am I eligible to vote?
You are eligible to vote in Wilson County if you:
- Are a U.S. citizen – natural born or naturalized
- Are 18 years old or older. To be eligible to vote, your birthday may be on or before Election Day. If Election Day is March 1st and your birthday is March 1st you can register and vote in that election.
- Are a resident of Wilson County- your home address is in Wilson County.
- Have not been convicted of a felony in Tennessee or any other state. If convicted, you may be eligible to have your voting rights restored. Contact the Election Commission for details and to obtain the documentation necessary for restoration of voting rights.
