Students Learn About Elections and Voter Registration

Lebanon, TN –The Wilson County Election Commission presented a classroom lesson about the Election Commission, elections and the importance of voting to four Wilson County High Schools in April. Four area schools have also held elections this year using the same type voting equipment as used on Election Day in Wilson County. Election Commissioners Sworn In

Lebanon, TN –The five Wilson County Election Commissioners were sworn in by Judge John Gwin at their regular meeting on April 14th. Ann Calabria was sworn in for her first term joining veteran commissioners Ronnie Kelley, Jan Williams, Sherrie Orange and Don Simpson. The Commission organized electing Orange Chairman and Kelley Secretary. The Wilson County Election Commission meets monthly at the Commission office at 203 East Main Street in Lebanon. Wilson County has over 73,000 eligible voters and adds an average of 350 new voters to the roles each month.Read More
